Drivers & Software

What is the difference between the TSC and Seagull print drivers?
Both drivers are developed by Seagull Scientific. The TSC driver is the official driver supplied and tested by TSC. The Seagull driver is distributed by Seagull Scientific and may support additional printer models. For TSC printers, PrimeTech recommends installing the official TSC driver unless instructed otherwise.
Can I use Seagull drivers with TSC printers?
Yes. However, PrimeTech recommends using the latest driver available from the Downloads section of our portal to ensure compatibility with the latest firmware and printer features.
Do TSC print drivers support Windows ARM (Snapdragon)?
At present, Windows ARM processors (Snapdragon X, Microsoft Copilot+ PCs and similar ARM-based devices) are not supported by TSC Windows print drivers. The drivers currently support Intel (x86/x64) Windows systems only.

TSC Console & TSC Console Web

Yes. You can clone the printer’s configuration, firmware or uploaded label format to a USB flash drive and specify the file name inside. Please contact PrimeTech Global for more information.

Can I set my printer to automatically refresh its status every day, such as at 6 o’clock in the morning?
